I have thanked all of you at times in answering my questions in various threads, but I just have to say THANK YOU AGAIN I only began playing guitar 14 months ago, and began building last May. As you are aware I have been hooked. I am on guitar #8 (Going way too fast) and my 4th commission. The others are mine or have been gifts. People at work or other customers have been blown away at the quality of the guitars. (I am NOT patting myself on the back) They often ask, where did you learn how to build a guitar. My first response is books and the OLF. I did work with Greg Brandt in LA on a classical guitar and his teaching was awesome. Bottom line, the OLF has been priceless. Whether it is simple questions on recrowning frets to complex ones on intonation, you have always been there to help. This is a great group of people...friendly, experienced, and massively giving and helpful. Thanks Lance for starting this and again Thank You....my 300th posting....Thank You Andy |
